9INE, our two-bedroom flat/apartment is located in the centre of Oban. We can accommodate up to a maximum of 4 people and we welcome adults and children. We operate a self-check-in/check-out policy via a lockbox facility.

Guests can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen including a dining table/4 chairs, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, stovetop, microwave, air fryer, toastie machine, kettle and toaster along with an extensive range of kitchenware.

The fully furnished bathroom includes a shower and toiletries.

The Living room has both a 4-seater couch and a large armchair, coffee table/nest of tables, ample lighting, along with a large wall mounted tv.

WiFi is available throughout the property. We do not offer a carpark facility however we can provide details for car-parking close by (all chargeable) on request.

The bus and train stations are both 1-2 minutes’ walk from the property with the Caledonian Macbrayne Ferry terminal being only 4-5 minutes’ walk.

The property is non smoking and we regret we do not accept pets.

The rate starts at £170 per night low season.

Credit card details will be taken at time of reservation, this is only for guaranteeing your room, no charge will be applied to your card
Please note that we do not take cards as a form of payment, all payments should be made by bank transfer or directly through Airbnb/Booking.com
Cancellation policy – 7 days’ notice required, otherwise full payment for booking is due
No shows or cancellation on date of arrival will incur a charge for the cost of the full booking
No pets
Unfortunately we have nowhere to store bicycles and we do not accept them anywhere inside our property.
